AI Excel Automations is a business-process automation consultancy founded and operated by Vagelis Rammos in Athens, Greece.

2. Information we collect

This website does not use a contact form, newsletter, booking system, account registration or file upload.

If you contact AI Excel Automations by email, telephone, WhatsApp, Viber or LinkedIn, we may receive your name, company, contact details and any information you choose to provide about your enquiry.

Wix may process limited technical information needed to host and secure the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, and security logs.

Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential business data through an initial enquiry.

If you use WhatsApp, Viber or LinkedIn to contact us, the relevant provider will process information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area using applicable legal safeguards.

Non-essential analytics, advertising pixels and other non-essential tracking technologies are disabled at launch.

Client data remains the client’s property. Confidential information is not reused or disclosed.

Solutions operate within the client’s existing Microsoft 365 environment. No client data is transferred beyond that environment unless explicitly approved by the client in advance.
